Golden Angel graciously gave me codes to a few of her Audible Audiobooks and this blog is going to be a review about one of them: Chasing His Puma (Big Bad Bunnies #3)
Before I jump into that let me first give some information.

Audible
Audible is a large audiobook service and owned by Amazon. So, if you buy an audiobook on Amazon, it will be an Audible book.
The reason why I — as a reader/listener — prefer Audible over competitors are two features:
1. Since Amazon is the big brother behind Audible, eBook and audiobook sales are connected. When you have the eBook, you can get the audiobook with a discount (if the content is the same). It's an economic way to collect your most valued authors.
2. When you subscribe to the monthly Audible membership you can select (at least) one Audiobook each month for free (works with credits) and a monthly membership is less expensive than one audiobook. Also, you can freely listen to a selection of books in a library-like system. As long as you stay a member, you can keep listening to those books.
If you want to try Audible, you can do it here for free.
Golden Angel
Let me tell you a bit more about Golden Angel. She has (co)authored over 100 books and writes stories in several (romance) genres.
Golden Angel is a USA Today best-selling author, Amazon Top 50 bestselling author, and self-described bibliophile with a "kinky" bent who loves to write stories for the characters in her head. If she didn't get them out, she's pretty sure she'd go just a little crazy.
She is happily married, old enough to know better but still too young to care, and a big fan of happily-ever-afters, strong heroes and heroines, and sizzling chemistry.
She believes the world is a better place when there's a little magic in it.
There are several ways to follow her and keep in touch. She is active on Facebook and shares videos of her life (including her handsome Dom and utterly adorable daughter) in her private group. Other ways are:
Blurb
Can a cynical mutant bunny-bear who never smiles find love with an eternally optimistic puma?
Kidnapped as a teenager along with his siblings, experimented on and turned into a mutant shifter, rescued, trained, betrayed by a teammate, and brutally injured before being rescued again... any optimism Brock Bunson ever had has been hammered out of him by life.
Then there's Doc - who knows all she needs is faith, trust, and a little bit of pixie dust, and is firm believer in happily-ever-afters. The only mystery about this puma shifter is why no one knows her real name.
When they're sent on a mission together will their different natures be their downfall or set off enough sparks to set the forest ablaze?
Chasing His Puma is the third book in the Big Bad Bunnies series - a steamy standalone romance with a guaranteed HEA! Warning: May contain a dangerously high dosage of Monty-Python and Disney references.
Review Chasing His Puma (Big Bad Bunnies #3) by Golden Angel
The Big Bad Bunnies series can be read as a stand-alone and I haven't read the previous books. It didn't affect my enjoyment nor my understanding. Characters are briefly introduced, so you know their fit in the story. The way the author reveals the back story is enough to understand the entire happening, but not so much that it overwhelms the main romance.
Story
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great opposite attracts romance with a teaspoon of suspense and action. Sometimes, it's hilarious, too.
Characters
💗💗💗💗💗 They are over-the-top cute and likable. Even the big bad grumpy 'Bunny-Bear'.
Flow
🌊🌊🌊🌊 The push and pull between the main characters is natural and the story unfolds at a natural pace.
Writing and Editing
🖋🖋🖋🖋🖋 Golden Angel's writing is fluent and engaging. She knows how to put enough back story in a book part of a series for a new reader not to get lost, without info-dumping.
Heat
🌶🌶🌶 Not over the top but just the right amount of spice to have it sizzle.
Narrating
🎙🎙🎙 Adam Rawn has a sexy voice with a great timbre. It's a pleasure to listen to him. I think he has the potential to become one of my favorite narrators. However, in this audiobook, there are several mistakes, which diminished my enjoyment of listening.
I received a code to download this audiobook and voluntarily chose to write this post it. In no way, shape, or form does this gift from the author obligate me to write a review. All written in this post is my honest opinion. I am an Amazon Affiliate, which means that for some of the links you click I receive a small commission (It won't cost you more, though!)
Click the link if you also want to listen to Chasing His Puma, every first book you listen to on Audible is free.
